A first-report purchase is credited by $9.99 toward an upgrade started from that purchase's signed-in dashboard. Reopening, editing, or exporting a saved report does not use another report credit. Each inspection supports up to 30 photos.

Your brand, ready for review.
Remove the FieldScribe footer and promotional link, use your company details and logo, and download editable Microsoft Word (.docx) files alongside your branded PDF. The upgrade stays with that report and includes repeat downloads.
For your own Word layout, upload a .docx template under 2 MB with {report} on its own paragraph. Existing headers, logos, formatting, and signature blocks are retained. Optional placeholders fill job details. Word exports contain editable text; arrange site photos in Word or use the PDF photo addendum.
Available after generating a report on any plan. This upgrade does not include a new report-generation credit. Standard PDFs remain included in the base plan.

What gets saved
- Draft notes, photo findings, and inspection details sync to your account.
- Generated reports and saved edits can be reopened from Saved reports.
- The current inspection and original photos are also stored on this device.
- Report text can be reopened on another device after sign-in. Original photo files do not sync between devices.
- Download the complete PDF on the original device to include its photos.
Practical limits
FieldScribe drafts from the material you supply. It cannot inspect hidden components, establish code compliance, replace professional judgment, or guarantee that an AI observation is correct. Regional wording is a writing aid, not certification against an inspection standard.
The application runs in a web browser and needs an internet connection for AI processing and account sync. Photo uploads support JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Microphone recording requires browser permission; typed notes are available when recording is unsuitable.
