Prepare the Word file
Use a .docx under 2 MB. Keep your header, logo, and signature area. Put {report} in its own paragraph where the findings belong.

Generate and review
Create your report in FieldScribe, review the draft, and add the $2.99 branding upgrade to that saved report.

Export, edit, and sign
Choose your Word template and download. Your reviewer can edit the document, add photographs, and complete the signature in Word.

Check the fit before purchasing: Word export fills placeholders; it does not automatically redesign an arbitrary document. Photographs currently need manual placement in Word. Templates stay on your device and must be selected again when you return. FieldScribe does not supply engineering approval or an electronic-signature service.
